What types of use is the studio intended for?

The studio is intended for photography and video, including product photography, portraiture, model shoots, and small- to medium-scale productions.

What is the studio’s capacity?

The main studio area has 28 m², with access to a 3.5 m² dressing room, two bathrooms, and a waiting/lounge/catering area of approximately 25 m². We consider the space to be comfortable for teams of up to 10–12 people at most.

Does the studio close for lunch?

No. The studio operates continuously, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Can I eat or take breaks in the studio?

There are designated areas for breaks and light meals (lounge area). In the working area, we ask for extra care with food and drinks.

Does the studio operate independently from the rest of CRU’s spaces?

The studio is part of an active creative hub. Its use should respect the working environment of the other spaces and the wider community.

Pets are not allowed in the studio, except for guide dogs or when animals are part of the photographic production, subject to prior assessment.

The rental includes access to the space and the standard equipment available in the studio, as described in the “Equipment” section. Any equipment listed as extra must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Can I test the equipment before the session?

Is technical assistance available during the session?

Assistance is not included but can be requested in advance, subject to availability and quotation.

Can I use my own equipment?

Can I modify the space or set up specific scenography?

Any changes to the space, backdrops, or equipment must be agreed in advance with the CRU team.

care, responsibility and payments

Do I need to leave the studio clean at the end of the session?

Yes. The studio must be returned in the same condition it was found, clean and organised with the original setup.

What happens if equipment or materials are damaged?

At the time of booking, a liability agreement is signed, in which the user commits to covering the costs or replacement of any damage caused to the space or equipment, whether accidental or due to negligence.

Is CRU responsible for accidents or losses during the session?

No. CRU is not responsible for personal accidents, material damage, or losses during studio use. We recommend having your own insurance.
